Pool and Spa

Our indoor 25-meter x 5 lane swimming pool and spa add a fabulous dimension to the gym. Swimming lessons provided by Splash n’ Swim School, individual water workouts, lap swimming, and an array of wonderful classes complement our other activities in the gym. Also, the pool has been the hosting practice facility for Pasco and Chiawana High School swim teams for the past several seasons. Of course, there are excellent opportunities for relaxation as well.

Training in the water is unique, in that the natural effects of gravity are greatly offset by the effects of buoyancy and body motion is countered by increased drag. These properties, when utilized properly, can produce a training environment that is unlike other training available in the gym.
