Kia Ora Membership: Online EZ-Renewal

This online form is for the express purpose of renewing membership at Kia Ora Fitness including the same member(s), using the same payment method (currently on file), and extending over an additional 12-month period beginning on the expiration date of your previous agreement.

If you satisfy all three of the above conditions, please continue by having the primary member from the previous agreement (the person who was addressed in renewal communications from Kia Ora) enter the input below and click the submit button.
