Fitness Philosophy

There is no shortcut. It takes time to build a better, stronger, version of you. You get what your work for, not what you wish for.


As a young child I had the luxury of growing up overseas, with an active lifestyle. I started swimming, snorkeling, and eventually scuba diving by age 10. In high school I competed on the swim team, track, cross country, and soccer.

Throughout my life fitness has always been a passion. I love a challenge and I am amazed exactly how strong the body can become with perseverance. The last few years I have helped a few friends who came to me to help them reach their goals. The pure joy I received from not only being a part but witnessing others reach their goals, has truly been a blessing. The look of accomplishment and confidence when they complete that push up, run that 5k, 10k, marathon, or lift a max weight they never thought would be a reality. I recently made the decision to become a Personal Trainer and look forward to encouraging many others.
