Our free weight area spans the needs of everyone from the rookie to expert. There are dumbbells from 5 to 150 pounds, preset e-z curl and straight bars up to 110 pounds, and plenty of free weight beyond that. Kia Ora has a variety of Hammer Strength stations, multiple flat benches, squat racks, a decline and incline bench, and much more. Anyone looking to build stability and strength will be at home.
