Kia Ora offers the following courses:Star FishAges 6 months-3 years. Parent/child class. Parent is required to accompany child. Skills covered include holding techniques and water exploration. Sea MonkeysAges 3—5 years. Beginning swimmers. Skills covered include entry/exit and basic water safety. MinnowsAges 5 and up. Beginning swimmers. Must be able to touch the bottom at 3.5 feet. Skills covered include water entry/exit, breath control, and buoyancy. GoldfishSwimmers are confident with water. Skills covered include stroke introduction including front crawl and back crawl. Fitness SwimSwimmers are confident swimmers. Must be able to swim 25 yards unassisted. Skills covered include stroke improvement and includes breast stroke, stroke refinement, flip turns, kneeling dives, and survival swimming. Fall Sessions

Private Swim LessonsThese lessons are for adults and/or children who wish to learn to swim or improve their strokes with individual instruction either on a one-on-one or semi-private (2-3 individuals) basis.
