BODYPUMP™
is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute
workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room
exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome
instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came
for – and fast!
BODYCOMBAT™
is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely
energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of
disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. Supported
by driving music and powerful role model instructors, you strike, punch, kick
and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.
Les
Mills RPM™ – the indoor cycling workout
where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music to a calorie burning endorphin
high. As you match terrain to tempo you burn calories, tighten your frame, and
improve both aerobic capacity and anaerobic strength. You’ll be on a natural
high as you enjoy the ride of your life.
Les Mills BODYSTEP™
– Feel liberated and alive with the energizing step workout that pushes fat
burning systems into high gear. Each fat-burning step workout features
choreography with high-intensity intervals followed by muscle conditioning
phases to shape and tone the whole lower body. You’ll come away feeling

BODYATTACK™
is the sports inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This
high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with
strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music
motivate everyone towards their fitness goals - from the weekend athlete to the
hardcore competitor!

is the perfect way to shape up and let out your inner star - even if you're
dance challenged. Set to a soundtrack of chart-topping popular hits, dance music

is the ultimate fun and sociable way to exercise. Each 45-minute SH'BAM™
class is vibrant, unique and varied, and like all the LES MILLS™
programs, a new SH'BAM™ release is
produced every three months with new music and choreography.

SilverSneakers®
Muscular Strength & Range of Movement is the core class for Healthways group
exercise program. It is designed to increase strength, range of movement,
agility, balance, and coordination and to improve participant's functional
capacities, physical fitness level, and sense of well being.
AQUASIZE
A buoyancy aided combination of shallow water cardio moves and
deep-water exercises. Additional
toning work using buoyant barbells and noodles complete this awesome water
workout!
ARTHRITIS PLUS
This non-impact class incorporates water walking with joint manipulation
exercises. Focus centers on
increasing range of motion in all of the joints, as well as strengthening
surrounding muscle groups for joint stabilization.
Deep water is used for balance and long range movement.
We welcome participants from age
11 and up.
